Who are the 2 Leggeds?
The 2Leggeds are a four-piece original band living with gratitude on the Mid North Coast of NSW, blending alternative rock, garage pop, dark ballads, blues and world-protest grooves.
Proud ageing hippies, they deliver an eclectic variety of fresh new sounds to sooth and stimulate the senses, their clever song lyrics swinging between the good, the bad and the ugly. Happy, naughty, sexy, sad, dark, tragic, funny... but always deeply full of love.
Charlie drives the beat on drums, the Dr anchors the sound on bass, songwriter Julie colours the mix with guitar, vocals/harmonica and Sharni, whose entrancing, smoky blues main vocals captivate every room.
On stage, The 2Leggeds are a lived-in, life-experienced, musically tight cyclone of rhythm and rebellion.
Off stage, they’re the same — just with fewer lights. The 2Leggeds: music for the barefoot, the big-hearted, the world-weary and the wide-awake.
My Approach
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
